Apartment suite

The holiday apartment Policiano Suite is the largest apartment in “La Casa delle Querce”. This 90 sq.m. apartment consists of a very spacious living-dining room, an ample cooking area, two double-bed rooms with air conditioning and two bathrooms with shower.
The holiday apartment Policiano Suite is furnished with fine period furniture: the furniture of the dining room – the table, the chairs, the two roomy cupboards – are in Renaissance Florentine style and date back to the early twentieth century.
The wide table seats six to eight people quite comfortably, and there is a great deal of storage space in the two cupboards.
In the living-dining room there are also two bed-settees for two more guests and sat TV.
The walls are decorated with nice paintings.
The large cooking area is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a two-door fridge, fail-safe gas stove, oven with grill, dishes, cutlery and cooking pots and utensils. The kitchen counter, made of local marble, is conveniently large.
In the living-dining room a few steps lead to the two bathrooms with shower.
The holiday apartment Policiano Suite features wooden beamed ceilings and brick walls, while the floor is in locally characteristic terracotta tiles.
The Policiano Suite is located facing northeast. The entrance is situated on north side, on a gallery where the railing has flowerpots with bright seasonal flowers.
One of the double rooms, looking to the east side, has a wide French-window that opens onto the swimming pool area.
Outside, in front of the swimming pool, there is a private lounging area with a wooden table and some benches.
